The EuroHaptics 2008 conference will be held in Madrid in June 2008.

Eurohaptics is a major international conference and a primary European meeting for researchers in the field of human haptic sensing and touch enabled computer applications. This diverse field covers research in areas including, but not limited to, haptic perception, haptic hardware development, through to end applications and users, such as surgical simulation, telerobotics, rehabilitation robotics, and haptic feedback for design applications.

 Eurohaptics 2008 will provide academia and industry researchers the opportunity to present their ideas, obtain feedback and develop rapport among haptics researchers around the world. Haptic hardware and software developers will also be able to gather information on current theories, as well as demonstrate their products to a wider audience, and talk about requirements and performance with customers.

• Deadline for Paper submisision
  Extended until January 14,2008.
• February 23, 2008: Notification of acceptance.
• Marzo 9, 2008: Final (camera ready) paper version.
• May 10, 2008:Authors's Registration Deadline
• June 10-13, 2008: EuroHaptics 2008 Conference.
